It’s...
Not done.
But it’s close!!
I just need to beef up the structure in places and fix the electrics. Apparently I wired it up to 5v instead of 12v, which would explain why it had almost no power when I sat on it.
Forza Acura... is finally nearing completion!

Nice. But your steering wheel is way too forward. How are you gonna bring it closer to you?

Mine is a G27 and not only does it need 12V, it needs a 2 amp supply, so you might want to make sure yours has the juice.

I move the seatback forward.

The wheel has its own power. I’m only powering the seat with the PSU.

Wait— You have a powered seat for your sim setup? Why, in my day, we had to reach for that springy lever and ratchet that thing forward and backward manually!

Well I never intended to power my seat. The seat I picked up from the junkyard was electric, and the seatback was too far back. I only intended to temporarily hook it up to a PSU so that I can get the seatback where I wanted it. Then I thought I might as well keep it powered, because why the hell not!
